Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Dental Zone, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Dental Zone platform.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the platform.

Dental Zone is a professional platform designed exclusively for licensed dental professionals and laboratory technicians. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed dental professional or laboratory technician.
• Your license is current and in good standing.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information about your professional credentials.
• You will notify us promptly if your licensing status changes.

We reserve the right to verify your professional credentials at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you do not meet our professional requirements.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Our platform is designed to facilitate communication between dental professionals while maintaining compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable healthcare privacy laws.

You agree to:

• Only share patient information that is necessary for the intended dental work.
• Obtain appropriate patient consent before sharing any patient information.
• Use the platform's security features when transmitting protected health information (PHI).
• Report any potential data breaches or security concerns to us immediately.

While we implement robust security measures, you remain solely responsible for your compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws when using our platform.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dental Zone, Inc. and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dental Zone, Inc.

Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content on or through the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the User Content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms.
• The posting of your User Content on or through the platform does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
• The content complies with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is otherwise objectionable.

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the platform.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the platform.

In no event shall Dental Zone, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing your use of the platform or by contacting us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
