Frequently asked questions about using the Denzo platform.

How do I create an order?

Go to Orders → New Order. Select a service and variant, choose a connected lab's offering, assign a patient (optional), fill in required fields (teeth, shade, etc.), attach files, and submit.

How do I connect with a lab/dentist?

Go to Connections → Find. Search by name or location, then send a connection request. Once accepted, you can message and place orders.

How do I track my order?

Go to Orders. Each order shows its current status, workflow progress, timeline of activity, and any messages from the lab.

How does billing work for labs?

Labs subscribe to a plan (starter through enterprise). Each billing period tracks usage. Labs also invoice dentists for completed orders and can track payments received.

How do I manage my notification preferences?

Go to Settings → Notifications. Toggle in-app, email, and push notifications for each notification group.
