Settings & Profiles
Account settings, public profiles, custom slugs, and posts in Denzo.
Settings
- Security: session management, password changes.
- Profile: bio, location, social links, custom slug/URL.
- Appearance: theme customization.
- Notification preferences per channel and group.
- Billing overview for labs.
Public Profiles
Every user has a public profile accessible via a custom slug (vanity URL) or user ID — e.g. denzo.app/p/profile/my-clinic.
Slugs are unique, lowercase, alphanumeric with hyphens. Real-time availability check when choosing one.
Profile Display
- Name, role badge (dentist/lab tech), bio, profile image
- Location (clickable Google Maps link), join date
- Public stats: connection count and, for labs, number of service offerings
- For lab technicians: available service offerings with pricing, turnaround time, and category
Visitor Features
Logged-in visitors see connection status (not connected, pending, connected) and can send connection requests directly.
Editing
Go to Settings → Profile to update bio, phone number, slug, and location (Google Places autocomplete with map preview).
Posts
Users can publish posts on their public profile as a portfolio or showcase.
Post Types
- Before & After: side-by-side comparison images with an interactive drag slider for viewers.
- Image: single image post.
- Text: text-only post with multiline support.
Features
- Posts are visible on the user's public profile in a responsive grid (2-4 columns depending on screen size).
- Each post has its own public shareable link (e.g. denzo.app/p/post/id) with full social sharing metadata (OG tags, Twitter Cards).
- Visibility control: toggle posts visible/hidden from the public profile using the eye icon.
- Pinning: pin important posts to the top of the profile.
- Editing: update content or re-upload images in-place.
Posts are managed from Settings → Profile under the posts section — create via dropdown (Before & After, Image, or Text).
Before & after posts are great for labs to showcase their dental work quality, and for dentists to show patient transformations.
